Cyberland International Pte Ltd was established since 1996 to support the Singapore Government in emphasizing the use of IT in promoting creativity, innovation and lifelong learning. The initial setup of the Company was to provide IT training services to educational institutions. Since then, Cyberland International Pte Ltd had established three more companies in Singapore – Cyberland International Education Centre, Cyberland Consultancy Pte Ltd and Centre For Learning & Training Pte Ltd. These three companies together, with Cyberland International Pte Ltd, formed the Cyberland Group (Cyberland). The Group extends their training and educational consultation services to non-profit organisations, corporate companies and public.

In 2003, Cyberland was awarded by Ministry of Education (MOE) of Brunei Darussalam to provide ICT training to MOE officials and teachers from 180 schools. This was a professional development programme that was specially designed for teachers to develop and renew their professional skills that will enable them to utilise Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as part of their school teaching environment.

In 2004, Cyberland was appointed By Ministry of Education of Brunei as the consultant to train teachers and students in LEGO robotic. We were also the organizer for their First National Robotic Competition. Cyberland trained the Brunei National Squad to achieve the top 20 out of 89 primary and secondary teams from 12 countries in Asia-Pacific who participated in the World Robot Olympiad 2004

In the same year, Cyberland was invited by Ministry of Education Singapore to provide a comprehensive Conference Management System for Teachers’ Conference. This System had the capabilities of processing conference registration and room allocation. It also allowed posting of conference materials in any form. Since then, we have been providing this service to Teachers’ Network for their online registration for 4 Consecutive Teachers’ Conferences (2004 to 2010).

In June 2008, a sister company of Cyberland, CFLT (S) Pte Ltd, has been awarded by Ministry of Education in Singapore to provide travel service to all schools in Singapore. We have since brought many Principals, Teachers and Students to Brunei, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia for exchange and immersion programme.

In 2010, Cyberland in collaboration with some Kindergarten in Singapore developed a series of theme-based Robotics Workshop (Junior Engineers @ Work), which aims to expose young learners to the world of Robotics through the use of LEGO education WeDo materials and activities. This programme has since been adopted by more than 50 schools and centres in Singapore.

In the same year, the Ministry of Education, Pre-school Education Branch, appoints Cyberland to design a web application for Criterion 7 evaluation of the Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework (SPARK).

SPARK is a quality assurance framework introduced by the Ministry of Education to improve the quality of pre-schools in Singapore. The framework supports pre-school leaders in their efforts to enhance their teaching, learning, administration and management processes.

In Dec 2011, Cyberland was appointed by SPRING Singapore (Government Agency) to provide Online Resources Management System to All Small and medium size companies (SME) in Singapore. Spring Singapore will subsidize up to 50% of the implementation cost for one year.
